  San Carlos is one of the most visit areas in Panama, because is just 45 minutes drive from Panama city, for that reason we can even go and return the same day from Panama City to San Carlos area, depending in your wants this area is very flexible to surf, we can find volcanic rock, river rock or sand botton breaks, in the same way is not that isolated, for that reason we have the option to offer you different restaurants meals.

The town of San Carlos is around 84 klm, from Panama city and to go there we have to cross the continental divicion, that mean what we can have veryhot beach day or a fresh relax day in the montains, San Carlos have some of the most beutifull beaches of the hole Panama and some of this places are Punta Barco, El Palmar, Coronado, Gorgona, Costa Esmeralda and Rio mar, in the same way if you would like to have world class surfing in Panama, we just have to be lucky and reacive a good sweel,

 In the area of San Calos exist different options to stay, from, luxury Hotels to backpackers hostals. In this area the night live is good on the weekends, and the beaches get full of locals, taking sun on the white sand beaches or surfing the good quality waves of the area, for the reason that, is very close to Panama city, we include in our packs one night live tour around the best spots to have party or a good dinner in the area(food or drinks are not includ this day)

In the short visit to Panama city we are going to visit Amador, wich are 3 islands in the entrance of the Canal, named: Naos, Flamenco, y Perico this place have a lot of history, like in the year 1673 this islands were used as a port to bring merchandise to the Colonial Panama, then several years later in 1904 was use for the US Army engineers to keep the waters of the entrance of the Canal in calm, for that reason after dig part of the Continental divition where Gailard cut is, they throw the organic material between the islands, to make what today we know as coastway, wich in this days is one of the places to make exercise or enjoy a meal in one of the restaurants around the area.

the locals of the area of San Carlos are very friendly, depending the attitudes of the visitors, that mean we are peacefull people looking just to surf and have fun as most as possible.

This area have some of the best spots of Panama, bud for the location, the sweels do not heat as cosistant as the outer part of the peninsula, the San Carlos area is in the Panamerican higth way so that mean that we need this important hightway to cross from one spot to other, if we want to take a trip to the peninsula then we just have to keep driving, heading the north of Panama.

Spots descriptions:
Malibu: is located in the beach comunitie of Gorgona wich is  the most 
cosistant spots in the area, Malibu is a beach break, and can be left or 
rigth, when is good breaks to both sides perfect, this spot is good to 
learn because in the low to mid-tide the white water ride long and 
easy.
Teta: perfect rigth and left volcanic botton break, Teta is know as the
most crowd place of the area, becaus is the most perfect left in the area,
Costa Esmeralda: Is the perfect option to surf a perfect but melow 
waves.
Palmar: when is overhead some people compare with one the best spots
in Panama, "Santa Catalina", the Palmar wave is a river rock botton 
break, the hotel we offer in our packs are in this area.
